When I saw your invitation to ICC Center Abuja, I thanked God for His faithfulness in your life. According to william sheakespeare, “some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them. You are indeed the true son of Akwa Ibom State.
To accomplish great things we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe. Inibehe Effiong My heartiest Congratulations on your call to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
You are a friend to the poor, I remember how I read a story you posted on facebook how some police were harassing a lady and how you intervened; even while you were on your way to catch a flight; I really respect your courage. A radical activist, social critics, dogged freedom fighter whose stand for human right, Justice, accountability in governance, rule of law is second to none.
Your hard work has paid off. You have proved that hard work and honesty are indeed the best policies. Your leadership has helped the oppressed.
Barr. Inibehe Effiong, you are a rare gem, knowing you will be around in the future gives us your friends confidence that we will always speak up when things go wrong.
A pristine look at yours reveal greatness born out of hardwork and desire to serve humanity. I celebrate you today on your call to bar by offering you the words of Josiah Gilbert Holland (1858);
GOD, give us men!
A time like this demands
strong minds, great hearts, true faith and ready hands;
men whom the lust of office does not kill;
men whom the spoils of office cannot buy;
men who possess opinions and a will;
men who have honour; men who will not lie;
men who can stand before a demagogue
And damn his treacherous flatteries without winking!
Tall men, sun-crowned, who live above the fog
In public duty, and in private thinking;
Congratulations to you Inibehe Effiong as you are called to bar. God blessings all the way. We celebrate you our very own.
